Meet the Staff

Lead Clinician/Office Coordinator

I assist Dr. Whitlock in creating beautiful smiles and have been with this practice since 2005. I love the look on our patients’ faces when they get their braces off! They have such radiance and confidence! My husband, Gray, and I welcomed our first born son, John Benton in 2014. I enjoy crafting, decorating and spending my time chasing a very busy toddler.

Scheduling and Financial Coordinator

I am the first sunny face people see when they walk in the office. I am here to make sure our patients’ needs are met and to answer any questions they may have. I love getting to know our patients and seeing their smiles change as they go through treatment. I am the mom to a beautiful spirited little girl, Harper. She keeps me busy and on my toes most of the time. I love all the new adventures of being a mom. I love to help decorate houses and can help anyone pick out the right fabric for any décor. I also enjoy working out and baking.

New Patient Treatment Coordinator

Meeting each new patient as they come to see Dr. Whitlock is the best part of my position, watching the excitement and transformation of our patients as they go through treatment is very rewarding. I guide each new patient through their initial appointment with Dr. Whitlock, helping to ensure the experience was the best they have ever had. I have three amazing daughters that are all grown and living life, with my youngest in her first year of college at the U of A, I couldn’t be more proud of each of them for all their accomplishments. I have two dogs, Abbey Grace and Sampson who keep me busy when not at work. I also love to spend time with my family and friends.

Observation Coordinator

As the observation coordinator, I see the patients that are not ready for treatment quite yet and also, the kids that are in between Phase 1 and waiting to start Phase 2 treatment. I love that I get to be a part of helping people feel better about themselves and to see the beautiful smiles we create. My husband, Rob and I have a son in college and a daughter who will be in college soon. We love to camp, hike, Kayak and ride bikes. (Photo coming soon)

I assist Dr. Whitlock throughout our patients’ treatment. I started my orthodontic experience in 2001, and have been with Dr. Whitlock since 2007. I love getting to know my patients and it’s great that we see them regularly to catch up on their lives. My husband, Jeff, and I have a teenage son named Austin. I love doing anything outdoors! Fishing and hiking are some of my passions and I love enjoying them with my husband and son.

Records Technician

As a Records Technician, I am the first person to see our patients and take their initial photos or x-rays which allows me to get to know their personalities. I am also a TruDenta therapist for the practice, as well as, the Sleep Apnea Coordinator. All of these positions allow me to jump start a great experience here at Whitlock Orthodontics. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my array of animals which include my miniature dachshunds, miniature donkey and horses. (Photo coming soon)

I assist Dr. Whitlock in the clinic helping our patients achieve beautiful healthy smiles. In April 2015, I welcomed my first born son, Sutton. I spend every minute I can with him. Being a mom has changed my life completely.

I work with Dr. Whitlock to ensure that our patients receive the best possible experience. I started my Ortho career in 1985 in Oklahoma and love providing a service that has such a positive impact on lives. I am married to a wonderful man and we have 5 grown children. In my downtime, I enjoy working in my gardens and cooking fun dishes to spoil my teammates.(Photo coming soon)

Ortho Taxi Coordinator

I have the awesome opportunity to drive the Whitlock Rocker Hummer to pick students up for their appointments. We offer this as a no charge service to accommodate working parents during the school year. I enjoy talking with them, hearing about their day at school, and even some of their struggles. My number one concern is safety. I want the students to feel at ease about their trip to our office. I have been married for 25 years and have 3 wonderful children. In my spare time I enjoy reading, sewing, crafting and watching football. I also love my role as a “band mom”. (Photo coming soon)

I have worked in this practice for many years, and I really enjoy the fact that we make such a positive difference in peoples’ lives. My wife, Lisa, and I have several dogs who we love to take care of. I also enjoy knife-making and collecting.
