Meet the Doctor
As a specialist in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Whitlock has completed
an advanced program of education. After receiving his Doctor of
Dental Surgery in 1988, Dr. Whitlock completed one year of General
Practice Residency and then began his three-year orthodontic training
program. In 1993 Dr. Whitlock received his Masters of Science
degree in orthodontics.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Dr. Whitlock takes
an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of his profession.
He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists
and the Academy of Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy. He is
also a published author with articles in the American Journal
of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
